We were approached by The Havebury Housing Partnership to provide a new first floor escape route from, and tenant access to, one of their residential properties at Redwood Gardens in Bury St Edmunds.
A new walkway was manufactured then, working with our partners, the old rotting timber structure was removed, brickwork reinforced and the new steel replacement installed. A fob activated proximity reader was fitted to operate a powered door operator for resident only access. This achieved a solution that met everyone's expectations. No bridge too far!!!
