With an increase in kilowatt power, more efficient fibre optics and a host of technical enhancements and improvements, we are looking forward to increased productivity from an already efficient starting point.
The old machine was decommissioned on Friday 13th March. The new laser arrived the following Tuesday and cut its first job at 11am on the Thursday morning. Trumpf engineers remained on site all week to ensure there were no issues with the new machine, and our staff were brought up to speed and completed their training.
Careful forward planning by our production team ensured no one was left wanting for anything whether it was items required by our staff further along the manufacturing line or parts & components to be delivered to our customers.
