Emergency Access Switches

To enable emergency and security services to gain access into buildings and secured areas without compromising the integrity of the entrance or access control system, key switches have been developed,

We collaborated with MDP to manufacture the Greenwich specification unit which combines the drop key mechanism and provision for a Greenwich key switch.

These are square or rectangular styles, flush with back box, fascia only and surface mounting. Subject to existing locations and installation criteria. All our units come with SPST micro-switches as standard with DPDT and latching as options.

Key switches are all available in either our standard sizes or made to suit an existing application. Generally made from 316 grade stainless steel, they have been made from polished brass and antique bronze finished to achieve specific aesthetics and match surroundings.
